By accessing or using this website, making a reservation, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise engaging with Lucia Roche Estate through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website or making a booking.
1. Website Use
The information contained on this website is provided for general information
and booking purposes.
We aim to ensure that all information displayed on the website is accurate
and current. However, menus, pricing, opening hours, events, experiences,
availability, photographs, inclusions and other information may change from
time to time without notice.
We reserve the right to amend, update, suspend or remove website content at any
time.

- in a way that may damage, disable or interfere with the website or its operation;

2. Reservations and Bookings
Restaurant, event, experience and other reservations made through our website
are subject to availability and any additional booking conditions displayed at the
time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Lucia Roche
Estate or our nominated booking provider.
We may require valid credit or debit card details, a deposit, prepayment or other
booking guarantee to secure certain reservations.
Where specific cancellation, minimum-spend, deposit or booking conditions
are displayed during the reservation process, those conditions form part of these
Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied when making a
booking is complete and accurate.
3. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows
Cancellation and amendment conditions may vary depending on the reservation,
event, package or experience booked.
Any specific cancellation policy provided to you at the time of booking will apply
to that booking.
Where a booking requires a deposit, prepayment or credit card guarantee, Lucia
Roche Estate may charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee where a
booking is cancelled outside the permitted cancellation period or where guests
fail to attend.
We ask that you notify us as early as possible if your plans change.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights
or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars
and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect a confirmed
booking unless otherwise specified in the terms applicable to that booking.
Additional charges may apply for optional extras, public holidays surcharge,
special requests, additional guests, events, packages or other services.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical or system errors. If
an error affects a booking you have already made, we will contact you as soon as
reasonably practicable to discuss the available options.
Payments made through third-party booking or payment platforms may also be
subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
5. Restaurant Reservations and Dining
Restaurant reservations are subject to table availability, operating hours and any
booking conditions advised at the time of reservation.
Menus, dishes, ingredients, vintages and prices may change according to
seasonality, availability and operational requirements.
Images displayed on the website are illustrative and the presentation of dishes,
beverages and experiences may vary.
Please advise our team of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking
and again on arrival. While we will take reasonable care in accommodating
dietary requirements, our kitchen may handle common allergens and we cannot
guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
For larger groups, special events or selected dates, set menus, minimum spends,
deposits or other booking conditions may apply.
6. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Lucia Roche Estate supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with applicable NSW liquor licensing
laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.
We reserve the right to request acceptable proof of age identification and to refuse
the sale or service of alcohol where required by law or where our team reasonably
considers it appropriate to do so.
Persons under 18 years of age must not purchase or consume alcohol at Lucia
Roche Estate.
Access by minors to particular areas of the premises may be subject to our liquor
licence conditions and applicable law.
7. Venue Conduct
We want Lucia Roche Estate to be a welcoming and enjoyable environment for
all guests.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests,
our team, the property and surrounding areas.
We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse entry or require a person
to leave the premises where their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, threatening,
abusive, unlawful or inconsistent with the responsible operation of the venue.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage they cause to Lucia Roche Estate
property to the extent permitted by law.
Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult while on the
property.
8. Events, Packages and Special Offers
Events, packages, promotions and special offers advertised by Lucia Roche Estate
may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise specified:
- offers are subject to availability;
- booking periods and redemption dates may apply;
- blackout dates or excluded dates may apply;
- offers cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion or discount;
- inclusions cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted unless agreed by us;
- prices and inclusions may vary according to the offer; and
- bookings must comply with any specific conditions stated in the promotion.
Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms &
Conditions, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
9. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Where Lucia Roche Estate offers gift cards or vouchers, additional terms and
conditions may apply and will be displayed at the time of purchase or issue.
Gift cards and vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with their stated
conditions and validity period and are subject to applicable Australian law.
Gift cards and vouchers should be treated like cash. Lucia Roche Estate is not
responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift cards or vouchers except
where required by law.
10. Photography and Media
From time to time, photography or filming may take place at Lucia Roche Estate
for marketing, promotional or event purposes.
Where guests are intended to be individually identifiable or prominently
featured, we will seek appropriate permission where required.
Guests wishing to undertake professional, commercial, editorial or organised
photography or filming at the Estate must obtain prior approval from Lucia
Roche Estate.

photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, video and other materials,
is owned by or licensed to Lucia Roche Estate and is protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.

entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
